Rules for changing active voice into passive voice:-
⭐️The object of the verb is changed to the subject position and the subject to the object position.
⭐️Verb in active voice is changed into its Passive form(Past participle form).
⭐️ While changing we have to aware of Verb.
⭐️ In active voice the subject is initial position .
⭐️In passive voice the object is in initial position .
⭐️The object in active voice becomes subject in passive voice.
⭐️The subject in active voice becomes object in passive voice.
⭐️Verbs in present continuous tense, past continuous tense and future continuous tense cannot be changed into passive voice.
⭐️In passive voice, 'by' is placed before the object

We usually use the passive voice

Ex:- A tree in out garden was uprooted by the strom.
Here the stress is on the fact that the tree in the garden was uprooted rather than on the storm.
- When the identity of the subject is not clear or not known.
Ex:- The glass window pane was broken (By some one)
Some sentences in the active voice have two objects .
- The direct object answers the question Whom or What.
- The indirect object answers the question of To whom,or For whom.
Ex:- Sita drew a map for geetha.
- Here a map answer that question What and is the object.
- Geetha answers the question for whom and is the Indirect object.
