In these lines Antonio says " I'll just have to patiently endure whatever he ( Shylock) gives me. I am ready to suffer peacefully whatever he does to me in his cruelty and anger. "
He says these lines because Shylock had not given in and was stubborn on his contract in which he had stated that if Antonio failed to pay his loan back within the given time Antonio would have give him a pound of his flesh. Now that Antonio had failed to return his money in the given time and Shylock remains stubborn on his deal Antonio agrees to suffer the pain.

I hope this helped you .
