You can use linear pair and exterior angles property of triangle to solve this question.

2x = 112 + (180 - 2x - 12) \\ 2x = 112 + 180 + - 12 - 2x \\ 2x + 2x = 292 - 12 \\ 4x = 280 \\ x =  \frac{280}{4}  = 70

Hence, x = 70°
