I don't know what is happening with me,I have become really aggressive.I have exam 10 days later, I'm not able to understand my emotions. PLEASE GIVE ME SOME TIPS

Eat healthy food and drink more and more water, avoid using smart phone, sleep at least for 6 hours, avoid drinking coffee and coldrinks

1)try to be silent every time
2)do regular exercise and yoga
3)do meditation daily with some breathing exercises
4)have at least 8 hrs of sleep
5)try to mingle with ur friend and be friendly wit them by playing etc
6) listen to some good music which makes ur mind fresh
7)if u r still not able to retain ur emotions consult ur parents or a councellor
