I don’t think I shall able to go. Here “shall” is the correct answer.
According to the traditional English grammar, will should can be used only with the second and third person pronouns such as you, he, she, they and it.
With the first person pronouns like, I and we, you need to use the correct verb which will talk about the future like shall.
