I don't understand how to simplify \sqrt[3]{7+5\sqrt{2} } to 1 + \sqrt{2}
Also, what theory do I need to understand to solve this problem?
Any explanation would be hugely appreciated!

Step-by-step explanation:

U need to solve the terms inside the square root first.....

Then adding them all will be very easy
