Hello dear I would like to explain you that An integer is a number that has no fractional part, and no digits after the decimal point. An integer can be positive, negative or zero. ( Compare this to real numbers than can have digits after the point and can have fractional parts) Example integers: 12 , 34 , -4 , 0.

Step-by-step explanation:

Integers are like whole numbers, but they also include negative numbers ... but still no fractions allowed!

So, integers can be negative {−1, −2,−3, −4, ... }, positive {1, 2, 3, 4, ... }, or zero {0}

We can put that all together like this:

Integers = { ..., −4, −3, −2, −1, 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, ... }
