The standard rule is: Change the object into the subject, then use 'to be' plus the Past Participle. I drink water: 'water' is the object. So 'water' must now be the subject. ... For the Passive you use the equivalent form of the verb ' to be' plus the Past Participle of the other verb: Water IS DRUNK by me.
