Pratyanshujaiswal: If you are 100 kg then reduce eating junk food and 6 litre water is not enough for you . You must drink 8 litre water per day as 8 litre water is perfect for body in a day
Kuldeepnehra: Increased water intake flushes out toxins from the body, preventing water retention and aiding Kidney and Liver functions which help to eliminate waste and break down fat.
Kuldeepnehra: Further more, drinking water creates a feeling of fullness, preventing the person from consuming other food, potentially with high calories, leading to less food consumption, resulting in reduction of body weight.
Kuldeepnehra: So, 6 litres of water in a day at frequent intervals may result in reducing body weight
Kuldeepnehra: It would be better had the height been also known

If you are 23 years old then 3-4 L of water will be sufficient to maintain all the metabolic activities in your body.

This can also help you to loose your weight. This is because scientists have proved that water can burn fats.

Phillipe: this will surely help you
Phillipe: thnx
Kuldeepnehra: This brainliest answer is not perfect
Kuldeepnehra: Weight is more important than age
