Hey there!

Before going to answer what's 0/0 , I would like to define two terms which are different but often misconcepted as same .

Undefined or Not defined : This term is used for the expressions for which there exists no value. The value is not possibly found in some case . For, Instance consider 1/0 , It is not defined. Scientifically, There is no valid value for that which has valid proof.

Can't be determined or indeterminate : This term is used when the mathematics isn't able to define the value. But the thing to be remembered is The expression still has value.

Infinity is a undefined concept .

Now,
Let's take the question :

What is 0/0

Let's us consider that, Some propositions.

1 : Anything by 0 is not defined.

So, Obviously Even 0 divided by 0 should come out to be not defined.

2 : A number divided by itself is 1

So , From this, 0/0 = 1

3 : Zero divided by anything equals 0 .

So , 0/0 = 0

Now, We have to disapprove any 2 of the above prepositions to find the real answer.

For instance,

We know that,
1 * 0 = 0

2 * 0 = 0

See now, 0/0 = 2 [ Hence, 0/0 can't be 1 or 2 or 0 ]

Therefore, You can say 0/0 is a infinite set equation. So literally, We don't know how many possible valued of 0/0 exists. Here, We can't determine the exact the number of solutions.

So, We can say 0/0 is not be defined and not be defined by maths eventually ,It comes out to be both indeterminate and not defined.

Therefore, 0/0 is not defined and indeterminate, can't be determined, undefined.

Heya user☺☺
_____________

We use to study the concept of division, addition, subtractuin and so on under arithmetic where multiplication of any number with zero is zero.

In general, understand it in this way there there is not any number in this universe which when multiplied by 0 can gave a number different from zero (x not equal to 0). So, the division by zero is not possible and is generally can't be determined.

Also, a possible and a most simple way to understand the division by zero is that zero is a very-very small number compared to any other number . Therefore, if we divide any number by extremely small number the result may goona to be infinitely large number which we generallg represent by Infinity symbol.

It has to be noted that infinity is not a number but is a concept use to show or represent a very large value or any other value which cant be shown as such.

Now lets come to the point..

0/0 is not defined first of all as I mentioned in the above content.
It is an undetermined form which cant be solved under arithmetic and so finding its value is disallowed.

So, the perfect reason for this will be that any number multiplied by 0 cannot equal to number other than zero and hence its value not only with 0 but with other number are also not defined.

Hope this will help☺☺☺
