yes. A person first responsibility is to take care of their family and friends needs.people think that by donation huge sums of money makes them good lesson then they are not completely right. Charity is something which is given with pure heart where there is no gain. And this unselfish feeling can only be acquired when one helps their parents and close ones without anything to gain.
