Then, grandmother took a saree and tied it to a chain dangling from the top of the compartment. She made a swing and placed the baby in it. The baby was happy. Suddenly, the train came to a halt and the railway official came to the compartment enquiring as to who had pulled the chain. Then, he saw the cradle hanging from the chain on the roof. Grandmother had made a saree cradle by hanging it from the alarm chain of the train and caused all this commotion.
