I entered the railway compartment and took a seat by the window. A few minutes later, a noisy family arrived in the compartment. They spread their belongings all over the compartment. The father arranged the belongings on all the seats of the carriage. Then, a suitcase fell on grandmother's foot and she began to scream. The baby began to bawl and would not stop crying. Then, grandmother took a saree and tied it to a chain dangling from the top of the compartment. She made a swing and placed the baby in it. The baby was happy. Suddenly, the train came to a halt and the railway official came to the compartment enquiring as to who had pulled the chain. Then, he saw the cradle hanging from the chain on the roof. Grandmother had made a saree cradle by hanging it from the alarm chain of the train and caused all this commotion.
