When one does it depends on their karma where they go i.e. hell or heaven. It is just a superstition. But in real no one has found out the exact reason to it, because if one has to experience it then once they go they cannot return back to inform about the truth. Atlast it is just a one-way and hence we cannot get exact answer to it.
