1]

 \Large \bold \red{Solution}\Rightarrow

 \large \bold \purple{Given:}\rightarrow

Principal = 450,

Rate = 6%

Time = 7 years

Simple Interest = \Large \frac{P×R×T}{100}

=  \Large\frac{450×6×7}{100}

= \sf \dfrac{\cancel{450}{×6×7}}{\cancel{100}}

= 4.5 × 6 × 7

= 189

Amount = Principal + Simple Interest

= 450 + 189

= 639

 \Large \bold\orange {Ans}\Rightarrow

The simple interest is 189 and the amount is 639.

Principal = 600,

Time = 4 years,

Simple Interest = \Large \frac{P×R×T}{100}

48 = \Large \frac{600×4×R}{100}

R =  \Large \frac{48×100}{600×4}

= \sf \dfrac{\cancel{48}{×100}}{\cancel{600}{×4}}

= \sf \dfrac{\cancel{12}}{\cancel{6}}

= 2%

 \Large \bold\orange {Ans}\Rightarrow

The rate percent is 2%.

Question :

  1. ) Find the simple interest and Amount on Principal Rs 450 for 7 years at 6 % per annum.
  2. ) Find the rate percent if the S.I on Principal Rs 600 in 4 years is Rs 48 .

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━⠀

Solution of First Part :

  1. ) Find the simple interest and Amount on Principal Rs 450 for 7 years at 6 % per annum.

⠀⠀⠀⠀We know that , if we we are given with the Principal, Rate and time then for finding Simple Interest and Amount for Finding Amount we have to first find the Simple Interest of Given Values by using the Formula of Simple interest that is ,

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀\implies {\underline {\sf{ S.I \: = \dfrac{P \times R \times T }{100}}}}\\

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Here p is the Principal , r is the Rate , t is the time & S.I is the Simple Interest . And here we have given with the Values of Principal (p) = Rs. 450 , Time (t) = 7 years & Rate (r) = 6% p.a So By using the Required formula we can Find Simple Interest (S.I) .

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀\underline {\sf{\bf{ Now \: By \: Substituting \:the \; Given \: Values \: : }}}\\

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀\longmapsto {\sf{ S.I \: = \dfrac{450 \times 6 \times 7 }{100}}}\\

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀\longmapsto {\sf{ S.I \: = \dfrac{\cancel {450} \times 6 \times 7 }{\cancel {100}}}}\\

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀\longmapsto {\sf{ S.I \: = 4.5 \times 6 \times 7 }}\\

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀\longmapsto {\sf{ S.I \: = 27 \times 7 }}\\

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀\underline {\boxed{\pink{\sf{ S.I \: = Rs.189 }}}}\\

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Therefore,

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀\underline {\pink{\sf{\therefore \:Simple \:Interest\:(S.I) \:is \:Rs.189\: }}}\\

Now ,

As , We know that ,

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀\implies{\underline {\sf{ Amount \: =Principal \:+\:Simple\:Interest\:}}}\\

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀Here , We have given with the values of Simple Interest is the Rs.189 & Principal is the Rs.450 . So by Using the Required formula We can get the Amount .

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀\underline {\sf{\bf{ Now \: By \: Substituting \:the \; Given \: Values \: : }}}\\

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀\longmapsto {\sf{ Amount \: = 450 + 189 }}\\

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀\underline {\boxed{\pink{\sf{ Amount \: = Rs.639 }}}}\\

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Therefore,

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀\underline {\pink{\sf{\therefore \:Amount \:is \:the\:Rs.639\: }}}\\

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━⠀

Solution of Second Part :

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀2) Find the rate percent if the S.I on Principal Rs 600 in 4 years is Rs 48 .

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀We know that if we have given with the Simple Interest , Principal & Time and we have to find the Rate of Interest of Given Values by using the formula for Simple interest that is ,

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀\implies {\underline {\sf{ S.I \: = \dfrac{P \times R \times T }{100}}}}\\

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Here p is the Principal , r is the Rate , t is the time & S.I is the Simple Interest . And here we have given with the Values of Simple Interest ( S.I) = Rs.48 , Principal = Rs.600 & Time (t) = 4 years . So by using Required formula we can Find Rate (r) :

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀\underline {\sf{\bf{ Now \: By \: Substituting \:the \; Given \: Values \: : }}}\\

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀\longmapsto {\sf{ Rs.48 \: = \dfrac{600 \times r \times 4 }{100}}}\\

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀\longmapsto {\sf{ Rs.48 \: = \dfrac{\cancel {600} \times r \times 4 }{\cancel {100}}}}\\

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀\longmapsto {\sf{ Rs.48 \: = 6 \times r \times 4 }}\\

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀\longmapsto {\sf{ Rs.48 \: = 24 \times r  }}\\

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀\longmapsto {\sf{ r \: = \dfrac{\cancel {48}}{\cancel {24}} }}\\

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀\underline {\boxed{\pink{\sf{ r \: = 2\% }}}}\\

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Therefore ,

⠀⠀⠀⠀

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀\underline {\pink{\sf{\therefore \:Rate \:is \:the\:2\%\: }}}\\
