I formatted my Samsung Galaxy j7 nxt but I'm totally unable to finish the progress as if I don't have any gmail account on that device. What should I do?​

If you hard formatted it, your phone is back to factory settings. That is, the same as the day you bought it. But you didn't complete the formatting because you probably disturbed the process by doing something else. Try the whole process again.
