since bacteria were first active living organisms to evolved on the earth their cell was not well defined so we're prokaryotes.

And fungi were later well evolved organisms so they have well developed organelles like mitochondria which was power house of cell, endoplasmic reticulum. so they were eukaryotic.

now second option is not always true since sexual reproduction exits only in some bacteria

and most of the bacteria reproduce by asexual reproduction named as binary fission.

since option 2 and 3 are same and both are false so option 4 is also eliminated.
