'I further declare that I am making this return in my capacity as' this is a statement which is from IT form as individual.

The individual filing the income tax form which u have to sign in return. If a person is mentally or physically disorders then the guardiana of the person can sign as individual return and also any person are not present at that time of sign then Attorney General can sign in individual.
