yes if your extremely stresssed you can do your own hobby while you feel stressed
you can talk to your friend online in whatsapp,insta,etc
then when you feel calm , happy you can do your work or study

Simple way is to in 3 parts
Morning part :
5:00am-8:00 am
Evening part:
3:00pm-6:00pm
night part:
8:00pm-11:pm
9 hour schedule it is
in this ... you can take 15 minutes break per hour
so , studying time will be.... about 7 hours
