1.The earth is predominantly (71 % of the earth's surface) covered with water. Water absorbs the white light in the radiation (sunlight). The sunlight through appears white it is actually a combination of lights of several different colors (Violet, indigo, blue, green, yellow, orange and red).  

When sunlight reaches the water; the water absorbs, lights of all colors in the white light and reflects only blue light. Thus, the earth from space appears blue. If the water absorbs all colors and reflects only yellow, then it would appear yellow.

2.Drip irrigation is a type of micro-irrigation system that has the potential to save water and nutrients by allowing water to drip slowly to the roots of plants, either from above the soil surface or buried below the surface. The goal is to place water directly into the root zone and minimize evaporation. Drip irrigation systems distribute water through a network of valves, pipes, tubing, and emitters. Depending on how well designed, installed, maintained, and operated it is, a drip irrigation system can be more efficient than other types of irrigation systems, such as surface irrigation or sprinkler irrigation.

3.The reason why here is still a scarcity of water across the globe even though Three fourth of earth surface is covered with water is because most of that water is saline and not consumable

The majority of the 3/4 of all water that covers the earth came from the ocean. Humans cannot directly consume the water from the ocean because of the high concentration of salt and other substances that will bring compromise the thickness in our blood and make us sick.

4.Conserving water is important because it keeps water pure and clean while protecting the environment. Conserving water means using our water supply wisely and be responsible. ... It is important that we must not pollute your water as many do not realize just how important and scarce water is.
