i)Frequent pregnancies by women are avoided due to the following reasons It has adverse effect on the health of women. ii It increases the rate of the population of our country .

ii)a) Barrier methods involves physical barrier which prevents copulation. Eg. Condoms

b) Hormonal imbalance involves intake of pills which prevents release of egg cell .

c) Surgical method involves either blocking the Vas Defference or Fallopian Tube.
