if 100% pure gold is 24carat then
20 carat gold is (20/24)× 100% pure.
Then mass of gold in 15 gram 20 carat gold is = 15 × 20/24 = 12.5 gram
20 carat gold is (20/24)× 100% pure.
Then mass of gold in 15 gram 20 carat gold is = 15 × 20/24 = 12.5 gram
