Question

I guess no we cannot eat while we are eating by hanging upside down.Because the process called peristalsis will not happen that time and if u try u can chew it but cannot pass it through the alimentary canal.Am I right??

Peristalsis does NOT occur due to gravity. It is the movement of the muscles in our oesophagus which pushes the food down the (food) pipe. It is not afeected by gravity. So it will take place whether you are standing up, upside down, or twisted in some other weird position. BTW, why would you eat your food upside down?
