I had 4GB Ram installed on my computer and when I install 2GB more this happened to my computer .is this the fault of my motherboard or Ram. my computer is not supporting above 4GB why

because their motherboard have nough storage .then you supply the 4ram .how can control it

the mother board might not be able to hold more than 4gb ram so thar is why it might not be able to hold more gb ram
