I had my earphone mic trrs 3.5 mm which was working on desktop but now i have plugged in 3.5 mm trrs mic it is not working in desktop.I checked unmuteing it and making sound louder but it did not worked.
But it is working on mobile.What to do? How to fix it.

Go to the Playback devices to check if there are muted or disabled devices. Some incorrectly configured sound devices can result in the no sound when the headphones are unplugged. ... Unplug the headphones form the jack port and then right click on the speakers icon on the task bar.
