It will probably reset to Windows 8.1.
What you should do if your computer is healthy now is create a system image file of your Windows drive that can be used to restore it.
I use EaseUS Todo free backup and recover, it's easy to use will create it's own boot media and has always worked for me.
Once you have the file you can restore your computer to Windows 10 boot sector and all.
I can't tell you how many times this has saved me as a Windows beta tester, but it represents dozens of houres.
Just update the file periodically or when making changes and your current system will be restored.
That's something that factory reset can't do.
Don't save data to your Windows drive, anything on C:\ is always at risk and keeping the drive small makes the process fast and easy. All your software and files on other partitions will work after the recovery.
If you only have one drive make a 200 Gigabyte partition for Windows and make the other partition D"\ put your software and data on the D drive, only Windows on C:\ and save the recovery file on D:\ .
