Here are some suggestions:

• Jump out of the window
• Break to lock of the door and run out
• Wait till your brother to open the door
• Act like you are in some problem inside and make him open the door
• Take some tool with which you could make a hole in the wall and run outta there.
• Make a tunnel from you room to the outside.
