A. If I randomly split the balloons to pairs, when the order is not important,

Answer:
10 pair of balloons will be there if we are making 1 pair of each from 20 balloons.
But,
5 pair of balloons will be made from each 4 balloons if we are making 2 pairs of each.
Because 1 pair contains 2 objects so,
2 pairs will contain 4.
HOPE IT WILL HELP YOU!!!
THANKS!!!
