I have 3 millions of RBC is any problem associated with this
And also frequently occurring cold

Here you have not mentioned age.....k anyway 3 million of RBC is Macroscopic anaemia.So it may result in less immunity ..so there is frequent attacks of cold.But it is essential to undergo test for complete blood picture.
