I have 3g android and it had a data recharge but I can't able to do anything.before some time I'm able to see videos , chat on social media but now I can't. A screenshot is attached with this question . pls give me a effective solution as soon as possible.

1) Firstly, you should check the Settings of Data Communication in your device, maybe something you might get which is the reason of error.
2) Check your device's APN Settings. If you don't know how to check it then Google it or you can find videos related to APN settings according to your network provider...
I think that APN is the only reason for your disconnectivity...
So, check APN settings..
