first of all logic of adding closing balances is itself wrong ..............though first two transaction closing balances of Rs.30 and Rs.15 together sum up to Rs.45 and the remaining balance is Rs.5(opening balance -closing balance)......which is added up to Rs.45 ...will result in Rs.50............puzzle solved... ...............

hi there,
I guess the answer for that question is,
The one rupee is the interest given by the bank because the money was in the bank and transactions made through them.
You know monthly interests.
I am not kidding,
just because you don't give any limitation to that question,
I gave that answer.
If you want different answer, just comment me
