Hi ,
Let cost of 1 assignment note = Rs x
Cost of 1 record = Rs y
According to the problem given ,
Total cost of 12 assignment note
and 3 records = Rs 500
12x + 3y = 500
It is a linear equation in two variables
x and y .
So., It has infinitely many solutions ,.
Example :
If x = 30
Then
12 × 30 + 3y = 500
360 + 3y = 500
3y = 500 - 360
3y = 140
y = 140 /3
Therefore ,
Cost of 1 assignment note =x = Rs 30
Cost of 1 record = y = Rs 140 / 3
I hope this helps you.

✨Hey, here yours answer ✨
Let cost of 1 assignment note = Rs a
Cost of 1 record = Rs r
According to the problem given ,
Total cost of 12 assignment note
and 3 records = Rs 500
12a + 3r = 500
It is a linear equation in two variables
a and r .
So., It has infinitely many solutions ,.
Example :
If a = 30
Then
12 × 30 + 3r = 500
360 + 3r = 500
3r = 500 - 360
3r = 140
r = 140 /3
Therefore ,
Cost of 1 assignment note = a = Rs 30
Cost of 1 record = r = Rs 140 / 3
