Why is a used?
=> We know, that an is used for vowels - a, e, i, o, u. We can't use an as b is a consonant, not a vowel. a is used for consonants
therefore, a is used here.
Now the question arises.. why not "the"?
The can't be used here as the is used when non-countable words/nouns are used more specifically in the form of main clause.
