Yes, bullying makes children stronger to face through tougher situations of life. As someone bully's a child it hurts it's sentiments and their reputation. Which further results in revenge. Which is nowadays very much necessary in this competitive world. In childhood it seems like it is a small or cheap thing to talk about bullying but not it is in some ways bad and good also. As everything in this world have advantages and disadvantages.

There are many situations in which a child can learn to face tougher situations in life. Bullying leads to the mental and physical weakness of the child and in worst cases, it may lead to suicide. It should be banned in every school and college, so that no child feels insecure and helpless. Those caught bullying should be severely punished. Bullying may teach to face tougher situations but it will scare the child for life.
