shall be made low, the rough places will be made plains and the crooked places
will be made straight, and the glory of the Lord shall be revealed, and all flesh

Answer:
Reference to the context:
These lines are taken from the chapter "I have a dream" which is actually a speech of Martin Luther King.
Explanation:
In these lines the writer describes his keen desire of freedom. He wants all the cruelty to end forever and wants that he gets eternal freedom. He says that I wish that one day all the differences between the black and white would come to end.
These should be no difference of superior and inferior. As we all are the creatures of the God and He created all of us without any distinction.
He hopes that one day he will enjoy the taste of freedom which will last forever and the world will see this too. And everyone will live toghether, happily.
