i have a file in my desktop bt now i forgot the name of the file . Plz tell me how to find out that file .Its is an important document

Select the folder, right click and navigate "Properties" > "Previous Versions". And then Windows will search for and list the previous versions of the deleted or lost files or folders. 3. Choose the latest one and click "Restore" to recover deleted files from desktop.

If you have an apple computer running MacOS Serria then all you have to do is to go to the top of the screen where there is the task bar and the click search, then you have to type down the name of the file you want to search and the computer is gonna search the file for you in its system and display it on your screen and if it couldn’t fine the file then it’s gonna show that no result found.
If you are have a windows PC which is running windows 10 then first you have to click the windows start button in the lower left hand corner and then there is space for searching. You have to type your files name in it and it will display the file to you.
