1) These are called Eye-dialects. Eye-dialects, basically, are the non-standard form of English by spelling certain words in a unusual way. For example : a'ight for 'alright', 'em for 'them', watchin' for 'watching', doin' for 'doing', gonna for 'going to', yer for 'your', outta for 'out of', wanna for 'want to' an so on.

2) Those are Nacho Hats, I believe! I haven't tried any of those yet and being true I don't wanna try 'em. Those are all full of nasty things like oils and salts and I don't want my hair to be "enriched" in those edibles. It's gross!

3) These holes serve the purpose of lessening the sticking of food to the blade while cutting. It also helps that you can use the holes to push out a particularly obstinate piece of cheese onto a plate if it got stuck onto the knife.

4) A cowboy is a person who herds the animals, mostly cows and horses. They ride on horses. You may consider 'em as horseman skilled at handling cattle. They are generally the people from the areas near Mexico and Texas. Cowboys also played an important role in the settling of the west.

Well, I originally belong to Texas and my granddad was a cowboy, so technically speaking, I'm also a Cowboy! Haha..
