1 . Acids are typically stored in glass containers because some acids will destroy plastics or react with them forming inedible products as these plastics are modified petroleum products and hence, corrode the plastic vessels easily. Glass on the other hand is not corroded by these acids so they are a good option .

2 . Taking care of your teeth helps. prevent cavities and gum disease . Brushing and flossing properly can prevent plaque (pronounced : place) , a clear film of bacteria that sticks to your teeth . After you eat , the bacteria break down sugar on your teeth into acids that eat away tooth enamel , causing holes called cavities .

3 . light from a source like the sun, falls on the object. The object reflects light in all possible directions . The reflected light from the object reaches our eyes . Our brain receives the information from the eyes making us to the object .
