for adventure you can write about the most recent times that is the corona period. This period has been nothing less than an adventure, right? And specially teachers give more marks when you take topics from your surroundings.

you can talk about anything in this. even buying groceries. you can write that it's been a very hard task and nothing less than an achievement to have been safe in corona times. Or if you had some hard times(sorry for that) you can write about that too, like getting beds and medicines and all. you can even make up these things if you didn't had.
