I have a total of 300 in coins of denomination 1 Rupee and 2 rupee and 5 rupees the number of 2 coin is 3 times the number of 5 coins the total number of coins is 160 how many coins of each denomination do have

let the no. of 5 coins be x
therefore no. of rupee 2 coins = 3x
no. of rupee 1 coin=(160-4x)

5x+6x+(160-4x)*1=300
11x+160-4x=300
11x-4x=300-160
7x=140
x=140/7
x=20
therefore₹5 coins=x=20coins
₹2 coin=3x=3*20=60coins
₹1coin=160-4*20=169-80=80coins
