Let the number of coin 5 = Rs.x
so the number of coin 2 = 3x
so the number of coin 1 = 160 - 4x

so amount of rs.5 = 5x
so the amount of rs.2 = 6x

a/q

5x + 6x + 160 - 4x = 300
7x = 300 - 160
7x = 140
x = 20

so the number of coin of 5 = 20 coins
so the number of coin of 2 = 60 coins
so the number of coin of 1 = 80 coins

Answer:

Number of Rs 5 coin is 20

Number of Rs 2 coin is 60

Number of Rs 1 coin is 80

Step-by-step explanation:

Let number of Rs 5 coin be p

So, number of Rs 2 coin is 3p

According to question total number of coin is 160

So, number of Rs 1 coin is 160-(p+3p) = 160-4p

Given, total amount of money is 300

Therefore,

5p+(2×3p)+1x(160-4p)= 300

5p+6p+160-4p=300

5p+6p-4p=300-160

7p=-140

,p=140/7

p= 20

Number of Rs 5 coin is 20

Number of Rs 2 coin is 3×20= 60

Number of Rs 1 coin is 160-4×20= 80
