I have a very serious issue. I have 4gb RAM installed and 3 hard drives on my PC. 1 of the hard drives I've installed Windows 8.1 (x86, hard drive storage space is 100.0 GB), the 2nd hard drive is used to store my games and the notes that I receive in the online classes(hard drive storage space: 182gb), and the last one I've installed Windows 10 20H2(x64, hard drive space is 182gb). When I boot in Windows 8.1 and see system properties, it is using only 2.44gb RAM when I have 4gb Ram? Is there a fix for this? How do I update my BIOS? I'm using a lenovo B40-70 notebook. I have an Intel Core i3-4030U. Please help me out with this otherwise I will not be able to attend my classes.
