Question

I have a zebronics pc with integrated intel graphics
it is connected to an android t.v. With a vga cable
When i connect my pc to t.v. In the display ,some horizontal bars appear in t.v. And they continously move here and there.i need solution for this.
Also my airtel digital t.v. Set top box is also connected via hdmi cable to tge same t.v. When i connect the hdmi cable with t.v. The bars increase on the screen and vice versa.
I connected my p.c. To another display it worked fine also, i had connected the t.v. With my laptop then also no bars appeared (my t.v. Vga cable and pc are working fine) so i just wanted to know why the bars are appearing these bars are so irritating their size is about 6-7 mm . Please help me .I WILL BE VERY HAPPY .THANKS IN ADVANCE

I think it will disappear if you use an USB type to vga cable.
