Formula = ( X × 5/18)
X= 40 km/hour
(40×5/18)=11.11 m/sec
Total distance to be converted =(1500+2500)
=4000 m
Formula for finding time =( distance/speed)
( 4000/11.11)=360.03 sec answer

speed of train. = 40 km / h
length of platform = 2500
Time = ?
speed = 40×5/ 18 = 11.11 m/s
time to cross platform = (1500+2500) distance covered
= 4000/ 11.11
=> 360.003 second or 6 min ( approx)
