I have answered a question with 50 points once in brainly and another with 48 and 90%with 5 points.What is the cause of this difference,?

The points that you get after answering a question is set by the person who asked that particular question. e:g- you asked this question and set the points limit to 5 so you could also have set 13 or 50 or anything.....it depends on you....

xyz75: I just chose 25 points for a question.But after the process of asking got complete the points reduced to 13.Does it get reduced everytime?

Kushagrasingh001: I haven’t tried of 25 points...but the points get reduced to an extent....so it might be normal. :-)
