I have been assigned Lead ID by Airtel for its broadband connection, does that mean connection is feasible at my location?

No, not necessarily

Explanation:

They always give you na lead no. even if it is almost impossible to be feasible. But I have noticed one thing, they dont send this Lead-ID to Jio numbers easily. In all other cases, they always sends one.
