i have been suffering from anxiety since 1 year and it doesn't go away yet. im being hopeless what should i do?​

wait I have suffered firm anxiety too ! I know how it feels but don't worry we have solution for that too !

but why do you have anxiety ? because of your family problems, financial issues , personal life , etc !

these can be the reason? I guess ! but whatever is the reason for your anxiety , don't worry you can over come it ;) . first of all YOU NEED TO STAY POSITIVE !! and when you fpgo for sleep IN NIGHT just think bout the things you like the most or the person you love the most ! maybe by thinking bout these things you will feel better ! right ?

so lemme suggest you some ways you can try to overcome your anxiety
