Andrew says this bcz as every person done something great in her life but he never do such thing..which makes her to feel happy and appreciative...he hadn't complete any of his great wish but this time he had saved the child..

because after becoming a doctor he had never done something great like saving life.... but this time he saved the life of the child as well as the life of the mother
