it is because the milk packets are packed air tight and are not allowed to oxidise whereas the cow's milk which is kept at room temperature in open reacts with oxygen from air and gets spoiled

Answer:

1. freshly collected cows milk spoils within a few hours at room temperature because the bacteria present in the milk reacts with atmospheric oxygen and makes the milk toxic

2. while the milk packet stays fresh for a longer period of time because it is heated up to 75 degrees celsius before packing so that all the bacteria present in the milk dies and cannot react with atmospheric oxygen to make the milk toxic
