Splitting the middle term is done in this way

ax² + b' x + b"x + c

By your question, what I understood is, how to determine the digits of splitting easily. I hope this was your question.

We need to understand that, splitting is done in such a way that,

the product of the new digits = ax²× c

& sum of the new digits = bx.

Its IQ what plays role here. You can build it by practice.

Just look for the possible pair of digits whose SUM = bx first.

Then you would get a couple of possible pairs including SIGN.

Then look for the product of the possible pairs. So that it gives ax²• c.

There is other method for finding out the splitting digits
