Hey there!
Well, apart from loosing the application form money nothing bad would really happen.
My friend did the same today (8/04/18), he gave Jee mains paper-1 and got really tired. He wasn’t in any mood to give the next paper so yeah, he just went straight home. Till now no calls, no notifications, no emails have been received by him from cbse.
Its just like you didn’t show up in a regular school test like no one will really care!
Paper-2 is primarily for those interested in architect and designing so if that is not your aim and you missed that, just let it go and move forward to work hard for Advanced :)
However, if it was your aim and you wanted to become an architect or stuff like that from prime institutes of our country! You just screwed up buddy :P
